In their first joint, text-based patient survey for an orthodontic client (McReath Orthodontics), Kaleidoscope sent out a text to 1,982 patients, and received 518 completed surveys (26% response rate). Of those 518 responses, 97% of patients said that they had received “top notch care.” Patients also provided 22 referrals for the orthodontic practice to follow-up.
